One Pot Creamy Cauliflower Mac and Cheese. Bringing you all the comfort food…but making it a touch healthier 🙂 Kind of the stove-top Mac and cheese we ate as kids, but creamier, saucier, a little garlicky + plenty of cauliflower. It's made entirely in one pot. AND?! Mostly pantry staples too.

… … 1 pound short-cut pasta 1 head cauliflower, roughly chopped 3/4 cup canned coconut milk or whole milk 3 oz cream cheese, cubed 1 tbs dijon mustard 1 tsp garlic powder 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded fontina or provolone cheese 2 tbs salted butter Kosher salt + freshly ground pepper cayenne pepper, to taste Bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Add 2 teaspoons salt, the pasta, and cauliflower. Cook 8 minutes. Do not drain the water. Stir in the milk, cream cheese, mustard, and garlic powder. Cook until the pasta is al dente, 4-5 minutes more. Add the cheeses + butter. Remove from the heat. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. If the sauce feels too thick, add ¼ cup of milk or water to thin.

Divide the mac and cheese between bowls. Top with fresh parsley, chives, and pepper. Enjoy!!

Attention: I’m hosting a virtual baking party tomorrow (Wednesday 3/18) at 6pm EST, I’d love it if you’re able to join me! My vision is that we’ll all be baking the same recipe at the same time while I’m live on Instagram demonstrating. Once we’re live: comment where you’re baking from, what your recipe questions are, etc.

We’ll be baking brownies (cinnamon optional, pecans optional, very gooey and delicious) – the recipe is available at the link in my bio. Note: if you don’t have ingredients for brownies, no need to go out and buy them (please stay home)! Bake something else (cookies! lemon bars! I don’t care!), and still join.

If you are vegan, try substituting applesauce/mashed banana for the eggs and oil for the butter. If you are gluten free, sub in GF flour. You can use the hashtag #sweetfeministbakes to share your process/creations so we can all see! Let’s social distance together. Tag a friend who you want to *virtually* bake with.

Chrissy Teigen brutally shames Instagram user for dissing L.A. firefighters

10 Times Chrissy & John’s Kids Took Over Instagram

Chrissy Teigen clapped back at an Instagram troll who commented on a photo of her kids with a firefighter Monday.

Respect California firefighters — or feel Chrissy Teigen’s wrath.

The model and TV personality had some choice words Monday for an Instagram user who dissed the local heroes after she posted a sweet photo of her kids on a recent visit to the Beverly Hills Fire Department. The “Lip Sync Battle” host has a reputation for unapologetically dragging internet trolls, but clearly some still haven’t learned.

The moment began with a familiar Teigen Insta-formula: an adorable snap of 3-year-old Luna and 1-year-old Miles — her children with husband John Legend — paired with an equally “aww”-inspiring caption.

“A lifelong dream (18 months) fulfilled today for miles!” she wrote under a photo of her mini-mes hugging a firefighter in uniform, prompting several heart-eye and crying emojis from fans.

Enter the troll.

“So this is what the fire departments do rather than put out the 10 fires currently in LA… nice,” the user commented.

Teigen’s response was much sharper than her original, heartwarming caption — so sharp, in fact, that The Times can’t quote it.

But safe to say she has no patience for anyone who disses the men and women who have risked their lives battling intense California blazes, including, but not limited to, the Getty fire in West L.A.

, the Kincade fire in Sonoma County and the Tick fire in Santa Clarita.

The “Cravings” author previously showed her support for local fire squads in 2017 after marking herself safe from the Skirball fire that ravaged more than 400 acres in West L.A. The day the inferno sparked, Teigen took to to join the chorus of Californians expressing their gratitude.

“We are fine and we will be fine,” she assured millions of followers before adding, “Thinking of everyone else affected and continuing my lifelong intense love of firefighters.”

This week’s trip to the fire station seemed to indicate a rare bit of free time for the busy celeb, who recently launched her own website, which crashed minutes after it debuted, ly due to an overwhelming influx of eager online fans.

The much-anticipated site offers Teigen’s famous kitchen recipes, holiday party ideas and plenty more Legend, Luna and Miles content — plus, a restaurant road map of L.A.

Chrissy Teigen Roasts John Legend During His Instagram Live Concert as Luna Makes an Appearance!

10 Times Chrissy & John’s Kids Took Over Instagram

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are entertaining us all as we self-quarantine and practice social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.

Legend put on an Instagram Live concert on Tuesday, and not surprisingly, his wife kept viewers laughing with her antics.

Teigen appeared in a hair wrap and a towel — noting that this is “what fans wanted her to wear” after she asked them earlier on — and drank rosé as 41-year-old Legend sang some of his biggest hits while playing the piano.

Legend even took requests, including the Vanderpump Rules theme song from Andy Cohen, as well as The Office theme song from Mindy Kaling.

hi guys! getting ready for today’s live concert sponsored by jd power’s associates™️I need your help picking an outfit. Poll to come. Please look at the 4 before you vote!! pic..com/ZhU4wf09x4

— christine teigen (@chrissyteigen) March 17, 2020

Meanwhile, 34-year-old Teigen sat on top of the piano and spilled some personal stories about her husband's hit songs, including the time Legend broke up with her and she sat front row at his concert and cried. Meanwhile, Legend said that his song, “Good Morning,” was one of the first songs he wrote about Teigen and it was about “waking up and doing it.”

Teigen was hilarious throughout, at one point, putting on deodorant and insisting that it wasn't an ad for Secret deodorant.

“You guys always think the worst of me,” she said before launching into an impromptu jingle about Secret deodorant. “Why would I need to do a deodorant ad?”

The couple's adorable daughter, 3-year-old Luna, later made an appearance and grabbed for Teigen's wine, though Legend didn't miss a beat and handed her his glass of water instead — all while impressively playing the piano. Luna requested her dad play “Beauty and the Beast,” which he obliged, and she also requested his song, “Preach,” which she happily danced along to.

During his concert, Legend announced that he'll be coming out with new music this year and even previewed one of the songs, though noted that he obviously can't film any music videos during this time.

Of course, Teigen didn't miss the opportunity to roast him, joking during his announcement that his number of viewers went down.

Legend also joked that there might be a “Corona baby boom” and his music could help people out, though Teigen insisted there was no way the two are having a third child after Luna and their 1-year-old son, Miles.

The couple ended the concert with a plea to be kind to the elderly, for people to not hoard when out shopping and to continue to practice social distancing with other's safety in mind. Legend closed the concert with his mega hit, “All of Me” — which is famously about Teigen — though Teigen admitted she is no longer moved by the song.

“People always ask me if I just sob to this song,” she said. “The first time, he whispered in my ear and I cried, but now, it's everyone's song, which is great, but no, I do not cry.”

Teigen said she'll be doing her own Instagram Live later on Tuesday through her CravingsbyChrissyTeigen account.

“Taking a brief hiatus to get more drunk and will be live on the cravingsbychrissyteigen insta shortly!” she tweeted.

15 Posts On Chrissy Teigen’s Instagram That Are Too Good To Ignore

10 Times Chrissy & John’s Kids Took Over Instagram

Along with being a beautiful model, an amazing mom, a great wife, and a self-proclaimed chef, Chrissy Teigen is known for her hilarious wit. This woman has no shame and she's certainly not afraid to share her thoughts with the world (no matter how irritating those thoughts may be to…some people).

Her social media antics, such as posting a video of herself and John getting frisky in Kris Jenner's bed, have made her a fave celebrity.

While many of you know of (or have seen) Chrissy's viral tweets, some of you may not know much about her Instagram. So, we sifted through all the pictures of her kids and John  (and don't get us wrong – those are absolutely adorable) and we found some true hidden gems that we just had to share with the world.

Below are 15 posts we found on Chrissy Teigen's Instagram that we just couldn't ignore any longer.

15 Chrissy And John Wear Interesting Getups

It looks Chrissy and John’s Super Bowl party got a little…interesting. Hey, we don’t blame them. Watching football for three hours is enough to make certain people go a little stir-crazy.

Chrissy showed off her temporary face tat and John sported a new ‘do. We’re really hoping that’s Chrissy’s hair he’s wearing.

14 Sporting Some Interesting Fan Mail

It’s not clear if these leggings were ordered by Chrissy (or John) or sent via a superfan, but Chrissy took some time to show off these glorious pants. What better way to say “I love you” than wearing your husband’s face on your behind (we’ll take a pair in every color, please).

13 A Major Throwback

Chrissy Teigen blessed us all with this amazing throwback from her high school days.

If you haven’t watched it already, the Netflix documentary, Cheer, is enough to make anyone want to throw on a hair bow and start learning how to backflip. Clearly, Chrissy is no exception to this rule. The popular show made her want to reminisce about her own cheering days. That's the spirit!

12 Man Down

We’re not sure what happened here, but I think we can all agree that this is a mood.

Chrissy Teigen gave her fave parenting tip in this post – no matter what happens, just keep reassuring your kid that they’re okay (honestly, we could probably use someone saying that to us as adults sometimes, too).

Clearly, her little one was actually okay, since she posted a pic of the incident.

11 She Has Some Wholesome Content, Too

Let’s take a break from Chrissy's signature hilarity for a second and troll for a wholesome family photo.

This amazing pic of Chrissy, John, and their daughter, Luna, was taken while Chrissy was promoting her cooking website. We definitely can't ignore all the cuteness going on here. They’re just the most beautiful family.

10 Just Chillin' With Her Homies

Point of view: you’re a confused yet not-at-all-surprised John Legend…because you’re used to your wife pulling weird stunts this.

Chrissy apparently decided to have a little fun with their Halloween décor and set up a little hang out sesh with some skeleton props. We wonder what their dog was thinking about all of this.

9 Clearly She's A Fan Of Props

Chrissy Teigen certainly seems she’s the life of the party.

While the Oscars may seem a super-classy social event, that didn’t stop Chrissy from having a little fun (whether she remembers it or not). She somehow got ahold of a giant possum head and, well, this happened.

8 Nap Time

Once you have kids, grandma’s house becomes a safe haven where you can finally get some much-needed sleep.

While it’s not as funny as her other posts, we just couldn’t ignore the cuteness that is this photo. It was nap time for her daughter and for Chrissy, too. We certainly don’t blame this hard-working momma for catching up on her sleep.

7 Chef Chrissy

Class, indeed!

During what would otherwise be a nice, normal selfie of her and John, Chrissy did what Chrissy does best. She put her own comedic spin on the pic by striking an… interesting pose. Naturally, she still manages to look good.

Good looks and a good sense of humor, John certainly did pick a keeper.

6 Once Again Proving She's Relatable As Heck

There seems to be this façade throughout social media where celebrities want to paint their lives as being absolutely perfect at all times. Chrissy Teigen doesn’t try to hide the reality that is actual life, which is why she’s so loved by people.

She posted this pic of her and John looking a little…under the weather to commemorate their wedding anniversary.

5 Doing The Most

When it’s not enough to just watch a princess movie, Chrissy Teigen goes the extra mile. She dresses up as a princess for her daughter.

From the barely-fitting costume to the way she’s intently watching the movie, everything about this pic is amazing. The caption definitely sums it all up.

4 Getting Her Glam On

This picture is a lot to take in context, but thankfully, Chrissy’s caption answers all our questions.

The model pulled out all the stops while preparing for an event, including getting glam from head to toe. Hey, no judgement here, we know (well, assume) those bright camera lights don’t really do anyone any favors.

3 The Face Of Scandal

What seemed to be a headline mishap by People magazine made for a pretty hilarious post by Chrissy Teigen.

Chrissy somehow became the face of quite the scandal, involving frozen pizzas and Little Caesars. I mean, this is probably a best-case scenario as far as being involved in scandals goes.

2 Mother Daughter

Luna is taking after her mom in more ways than one.

Along with her amazing dance moves, Chrissy’s meme-worthy facial expressions seem to have also been inherited by her daughter. In this Instagram post, she compared her viral photo to a face her daughter was making. This is how a new social media masterpiece was born.

1 The World's Funniest Couple

What makes Chrissy’s posts even better is the fact that her husband is right there beside her, taking part in her hilarious antics.

After posting a photo of her son Miles next to this age board, Chrissy decided to also do one for John. Apparently, eating beets and having bad grammar are no-go’s around Mr. Legend. Good to know.
